Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Gurgaon, Haryana – India.

  • Delivery Hours: 9 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday

We are not responsible for delays, damage after delivery, or packages signed for by someone else at the delivery address.
Fragrances and attars are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Replacements are only processed for damaged or incorrect items, reported within 24 hours with valid unboxing proof.

Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Raeesi reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment failure or fraudulent activity. Legal steps may be taken for non-payment or misuse.
