Shipping Policy

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Gurugram, Haryana – India, via reliable courier partners. Please allow the following timeframe for delivery after your order has been processed:

India-wide Delivery: 3 to 7 business days
For bulk orders >=50, it can be 15 days

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made between 9 AM – 8 PM, Monday to Saturday.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to receive your package, please provide an alternative recipient (e.g., family member, neighbor, or colleague) who can sign on your behalf.
Raeesi will not be held responsible for goods signed for by an alternative individual at the delivery address.

Post-Delivery Responsibility

Raeesi is not liable for any damage to goods after delivery has been completed.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer support team on the day of delivery to be considered valid.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges may vary depending on the product type, packaging, volume, weight, and delivery location.
These charges will be clearly stated at the checkout page, and customers will be informed of all applicable fees before payment is made.
