Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

Due to the intimate nature of fragrances and hygiene considerations, all purchases of perfumes, attars, and oil-based blends are final and non-returnable.

We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed.

Refunds for Failed Transactions

In the rare event of a failed online payment, your refund will be automatically processed to the original payment source.
Please allow up to 7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider, for the refund to reflect.

Shipping Charges in Case of Delivery Issues

Customers may be responsible for forward and return shipping charges under the following circumstances:

  • Incomplete or Incorrect Address:
    If essential details (such as mobile number, address, or pincode) are missing or incorrect, resulting in delivery failure.

  • Unavailability at Time of Delivery:
    If the customer is unavailable or refuses the order at the time of delivery, and the package is returned to us.

Replacement Policy

We accept replacement requests only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

To initiate a replacement:

  • A clear unboxing video is required as proof.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

We reserve the right to decline replacement if adequate proof is not provided or the claim is delayed beyond the stated period.
